Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, curry powder, cayenne powder and some salt. Mix well. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour honey/mustard mixture over chicken. Spread all over and coat chicken on all sides.

Bake, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake about 15-20 minutes more, or until done and no longer pink inside (baking time will depend a little on how thick your chicken breasts are).
