Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with all the spices, and season with salt. Toss to coat, then roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.

In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Toss to mix.

To assemble the tacos, layer the coleslaw and roasted cauliflower onto each tortilla. Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt and serve.
