Cook the quinoa and water according to the package instructions. It should yield about 3 tablespoons of cooked quinoa per wrap.

In a medium bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, corn, lime juice, oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the quinoa mixture in the center of a tortilla and top with slices of avocado.

Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Serve and enjoy!
