Add chicken chunks and a small splash of water to a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. If needed, add a bit more water to prevent sticking. Transfer the chicken to a plate and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread barbecue sauce evenly on the naan. Top with cooked chicken, sliced onions, and pineapple chunks. Spread mozzarella cheese over the toppings.

Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
