Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken wings with some salt and place them in a large bowl with about 75% of the salsa verde. Toss to coat.

Transfer the chicken wings to a baking sheet and bake for about an hour, turning and brushing the chicken wings with the liquid on the baking sheet halfway through.

Make dipping sauce by mixing together Greek yogurt with the remaining salsa verde in a small bowl.

Serve the wings with the dipping sauce.
