In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients. Mix with a hand mixer until well-combined.

Put bowl in freezer for 15 minutes to firm the mixture. Meanwhile, line a tupperwear container with parchment paper.

Remove the bowl from the freezer and use a spoon to create golf ball-sized balls. Place the balls on the parchment paper, being sure they don't touch.

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
