  • Black pepper

  • Oil
    1 tbsp (15mL)
  • Pasta sauce
    1 1/2 jar (24 oz) (1008g)
  • Ground turkey, raw
    1 1/2 lb (680g)

    Add the oil to a saucepan and heat to medium. Add the salt, pepper, and turkey and cook until done (it should all be browned and solid). Mix/mash the turkey every so often to achieve desired chunkiness.
    Stir in the pasta sauce.
    Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
    Top the pasta with sauce and enjoy.

  • Recipe has been scaled from original by 1.33x. Adjust cook times and pan sizes accordingly.
    In a large bowl, mix together the mixed greens, basil, and tomatoes.
    When serving, top with mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette.
