    Coat a pan with oil and cook seitan over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, or until heated through.

    Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C). Line baking sheet with foil.

    Cut carrots lengthwise into long, thin strips.

    In a large bowl, mix the carrots with all other ingredients. Toss to coat.
