
Balsamic feta roasted mushrooms

Preheat oven to 400F (200C).

In a lightly greased baking pan, place mushrooms gill-side up. Sprinkle the balsamic and thyme on the mushrooms and roast for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle feta on top of the mushrooms. Serve.
