  • 1 tbsp (5g)
  • 1/3 cup (93g)
  • 1/3 cup (80mL)
  • 1 cup, sliced (166g)
  • 1 scoop (1/3 cup ea) (31g)

    Note: must chill overnight

    In an airtight container, mix the oats, protein powder, and cocoa together.

    Then add the milk, then the yogurt. Stir until well-combined.

    Stir in the strawberries.

    Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

    Serve in the morning.
