  • Cinnamon
    1/3 tbsp (3g)
  • Nonfat greek yogurt
    1 container (170g)
  • Apples, sliced
    1 medium (3" dia) (182g)

    Open Greek yogurt container and add the peanut butter and cinnamon (or mix together in a small bowl). Mix until well-combined.

    Chop an apple into slices.

    Dip the apple into the dip and enjoy.
