    Add the oil and crack the eggs onto the oiled pan.

    Cook the eggs until the yokes reach desired doneness.

    Add the ham to the frying pan and cook until slightly charred.

    Toast the bagel if desired.

    Stack the eggs, cheese, and ham on one half of the bagel.

    Spread the mayonnaise on the other half of the bagel and place on top of the eggs, cheese, and ham.
