    Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season evenly with cayenne, turmeric, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

    You can cook the chicken on the stovetop or in the oven. Stovetop method: Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Oven method: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the chicken on top. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
