    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seitan and cook for 5-6 minutes, until crispy in spots.

    Stir in the spices and a pinch of salt. Add the onion, peppers, and tomato, and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened. Serve immediately.
