    Slice the pork tenderloin into the total number of rounds listed in the recipe serving details. In a small bowl, combine all of the spices with a pinch of salt. Season the pork medallions evenly with the spice mixture.

    Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Saute or grill the pork for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Serve.
