    Cook gnocchi according to its package.

    Slice sausage and cook in skillet with oil over medium heat until cooked through, around 10 minutes. Stir the sausage throughout.

    Add in spinach and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until spinach is slightly wilted.

    Mix in gnocchi, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese until heated through. Serve.
