    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Transfer the spinach to a large bowl and add the ground turkey, feta, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Use your hands to mix until everything is well combined.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Add the patties and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
