Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and stir occasionally until softened, about 10 minutes.

Add in ground beef and paprika. Stir until beef is browned and fully cooked.

Add in all remaining ingredients plus a hefty pinch of salt and pepper and stir. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for about 12-15 minutes or until pasta is soft. Add in more broth or water if needed. Serve and enjoy!
