Spray a pan with non-stick spray and place over low heat. Add zucchini noodles and heat gently until warm.
Meanwhile in a small saucepan, heat up the heavy cream on low.
When heavy cream starts to bubble, slowly add in the parmesan. Cook until parmesan has mostly melted.
Transfer zoodles to a bowl and top with alfredo sauce and pepper to taste.
