In a small bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, cumin, and some salt and pepper. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the lamb chops with some salt and pepper and place them in the skillet. Sear the chops for 2-3 minutes per side, or until a golden brown crust forms.
