Blend cottage cheese, vanilla, maple syrup, almost all of the chocolate chips (reserve some for a topping later), and a dash of salt in a blender until smooth.

Stir in almond flour and protein powder until well incorporated. Top with remaining chocolate chips.

Chill in fridge before eating, at least 20 minutes. Serve.
