    Heat a small frying pan to medium-low heat.

    Add the oil and crack the eggs onto the oiled pan.

    Cook the eggs until the yokes reach desired doneness.

    Add the ham to the pan and cook until slightly charred.

    Toast the bagel if desired.

    Place the eggs on one half of the bagel and place the cheese on top of the eggs and the ham on top of the cheese.

    Spread the mayonnaise on the other half of the bagel and place on top of the eggs and cheese.
