    Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)

    Take half of the mustard and spread it over the top of the salmon.

    Heat the oil over medium high heat and sear the top of the salmon for about 1 or 2 minutes.

    Meanwhile, combine remaining mustard, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.

    Transfer salmon to a greased baking sheet, skin side down, and brush on the honey mixture all over the top.

    Bake for about 15-20 minutes until done.

    Use a zoodler or a vegetable peeler with teeth to spiralize the zucchini.

    Heat the oil in a pan on medium high. Add the garlic and cook for a minute or two.

    Add the zucchini noodles and saute them, turning them continuously, until they are soft but not soggy, about 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and serve.
