In a bowl, mix together the beef, almond flour, egg, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, and salt/pepper to taste with your hands.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil.

Form the meatballs with your hands and add the balls to the skillet.

Cook on all sides, totalling about 10 minutes or until done.

Add in the zoodles and cook until warmed through and soft.

Add in the pasta sauce and cook until sauce is warmed.
