    4. Pick your new routine and the day it should start.

  • The walkthrough is a great option if you want some more guidance and also help you initialize weight recommendations. Videos are shown to show proper form and it takes you through step by step. For just an overview that you can log, see here.

  • If you’d like the app to help you find a starting weight, there are two ways:

    1. Take a strength test: (only available during the walkthrough for exercises you haven’t logged before).
      1. During the walkthrough when you come to an exercise you haven’t logged weight yet for, it will show the following screen. Click “Take a strength test”.Screen Shot 2019-03-13 at 1.40.32 PM.png
      2. It will walk you through various weights and ask how difficult they were. After enough tests it will recommend a starting weight.
    1. Use the weight calculator: Use if you have an idea of how much you can lift.
      1. During the walkthrough:

        2. After entering in your info, it will recommend a starting weight.
      2. While logging:

  • If you want to start your workout routine from the beginning:
